**Introduction**
New Zealand offers scholarships to students from developing countries to pursue studies in New Zealand or Pacific universities. These scholarships cover undergraduate, postgraduate, and short-term training programs.
**Eligibility**
To be eligible, applicants must:
* Be a citizen of an eligible country (list provided below)
* Have lived in their home country for at least 2 years before applying
* Meet the academic and English language requirements of the chosen institution
* Have a clear plan for how their studies will benefit their home country
* Be between 18 and 39 years old (exceptions for Samoa and school leavers)
* Have relevant work experience for postgraduate applicants, except for school leavers and first-year undergraduates
